Read the user's voice

Hello Wix team. I am unable to edit the mega menu items. Here's what I am doing:

  1. Select the menu

  2. Click manage

  3. Edit the mega menu/dropdown container item

You will see that the container opens, but completely transparent!

Why aren't my elements showing? Please help!

Instructions

  1. Select the light grey header below

  2. Follow the same steps as the user so you can recreate the problem. Do you see the mega menu container is transparent?

  3. Investigate design options in Inspector, and other tabs such as 'Adjust'

  4. Consider that this issue is a bug, and escalate the case. Use the link provided to fill up the note

  5. Once you're done, check the CSI Studio Editor: Troubleshooting Common Issues and try to find a workaround (not mandatory, tho)
